This engagement session felt like a lay back day at the beach with a couple of friends.
I was introduced to Brittany & Jamen by Brittany’s makeup artist, Jessica. They have been friends for a while and when Jamen popped the question, Jessica kindly thought of me.
They both told me they are shy and would need guidance during the session, I told them not to worry. We started with what I called “warm up” pictures. This basically means just “start walking towards me but forget that I’m here, just look at each other, check each other’s outfits and tell each other the first thing that comes to mind..” They were giggling and laughing together and before they knew they were picking their favorites pictures on the back of my camera.
